Shipping policy

Thank you for purchasing from ChefRec . All our products are digital recipe files (PDF, e-book, or digital card formats) for cafe use. No physical items will be shipped.

1. Delivery Method
Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive:

A download link on the order confirmation page.

A confirmation email containing your download link(s) to the email address provided at checkout.

In some cases (e.g., bulk commercial licenses, custom recipe bundles), we may deliver files via secure cloud link shared by email within 1 business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe
Instant delivery: 99% of orders are available immediately upon payment confirmation.

Maximum delivery time: Within 5–10 minutes after successful payment (allow extra time for email delivery due to system delays).

If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If still missing, contact us at [support email] with your order number.

3. No Physical Shipping Costs
Since nothing is shipped physically:

Shipping fees: $0.00

Handling fees: $0.00

Customs / duties: Not applicable for digital goods.

4. Accessing Your Digital Recipes
Each recipe digital file can be downloaded up to 3 times (to prevent link abuse).

Files remain accessible for 30 days from the purchase date via your original download link. After 30 days, we may revoke access for security reasons—please save your files locally.

For cafe owners: We recommend saving all recipe files to a secure cloud drive (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) or printing physical copies for your kitchen.
